Crank Up The Car and Go Find Your Bargain !

Everybody LOVES a bargain, and they’re OUT there! While our part of the country is not seeing the deep depreciations in value that some marketplaces are experiencing (Thank Goodness!), Sellers who need to move their properties are motivated to negotiate. Many Sellers are offering to pay Buyer closing costs and offering higher commissions to Buyers’ agents. Builders are pulling out all the stops to get people excited about buying their properties that have languished on the market. They are offering such incentives as flat screen TV’s and are even finishing basements as part of the deal.
No one knows how long this “correction” in the market will last. So if you’re considering buying a home in 2008, now may well be the best time to get out there!
